WARRANTY
We solely use only the best materials available and carefully check the quality of all our products. Before any of our products is placed on the market, its performance and quality is strictly reviewed!
However, material is only material and for that reason we provide the “piece for piece” warranty service to all our customers for a period of one ( 1 ) year from the date of purchase on our website. If a product is found faulty during the warranty period due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. In order to process the replacement claim, we need you to send the defective or damaged piece to our address at your own expense.
Before taking any actions, please contact us at moto@spboarding.com and provide us with all the details of your claim. We will instruct you by e-mail on how to proceed within 48 hours. Please, be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only and applies only to products purchased on our e-shop www.spboardingmoto.com
Unfortunately no product is indestructible and we must exclude the following:
■ normal wear and tear
■ any rips, punctures, scratches or any other damage caused by other objects
■ sun/UV, water, sand and wind affected degradation
■ damage caused by misuse, hard impacts/crashes, abuse, neglect and user error
■ damage caused by improper assembly or set up
■ damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
This warranty is void if:
■ any modification or alteration has been made to the product
■ the product has been previously repaired
■ other than SP boarding products were used and resulted in the failure

Privacy and Security Statement
We collect all personal information about customers which is supplied by the customer while completing the online ordering process. We do not collect any information relating to credit or debit cards (including credit card number). All such information supplied to us by customers is only used by SP boarding to contact customers in connection with the specific purchase being made and in strict accordance with SP boarding´s privacy statement. If making payment for goods using PayPal your order will be processed by PayPal whose secure server encrypts credit card information to ensure that transactions are safely completed over the Internet. SP boarding will receive details of your order – but not your credit card number – as soon as PayPal have debited your account on behalf of the SP boarding. PayPal will confirm this debit with you directly and the SP boarding will confirm receipt of your order – and give you a progress report on stock availability – within two working days. We are very confident about the transaction security we offer. However, if you still do not wish to make your purchase online with your credit card there are other ways to pay. If you have any questions about these arrangements please contact us.
Our Terms and Conditions
Czech Law. Relevant Czech law will apply to the Agreement and the relevant courts of Czech Republic will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Agreement.
The Contract
The contract to supply goods by the SP boarding to its customers will be made after the customer pays SP boarding for the order. The SP boarding will e-mail the customer confirming the order made.
Personal Data
All personal data supplied by the customer to SP boarding via the shop will be used solely to process
and monitor the transaction for which the information is supplied. The supplying of such personal data
by the customer is therefore deemed to be in acceptance of SP boarding processing this data to meet
their order.
Returns
Customers have the right to cancel the contract. The period in which the customer can cancel the contract starts from the day the contract is initially made, and lasts until 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods. In such cases, the purchase price including delivery and return postage cost will be refunded to the customer within 30 days. The 30 day refund period will begin on the day the consumer has given notice to cancel the contract. This cancellation right is valid if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, do not fit their purpose or do not match their description.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time you place your order, and this price
will remain valid until the goods are supplied or until the order has been cancelled.
Delivery
The SP boarding will make every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered as soon as possible for
certain locations after receiving the order. If this is not possible for any reason the customer will be
informed by appropriate means (email, post or telephone) and their money will be possibly refunded if
not agreed otherwise. Reimbursement will take place as soon as possible, and at the latest within a
period of 60 days from the order being received.

Payment Methods
For secure payments we use PayPal. Feel free to create your simple but secure profile with PayPal, where the credit card and transaction details are safely stored. With your secure profile account with PayPal you pay in just a few clicks, without sharing your financials with our e-shop. Also, when shopping with other e-shops there is no need to enter your card details on every site, all you need is your email address and password to execute the payment with your PayPal profile. See more information on www.paypal.com. We have no access to your PayPal profile. All we need is your delivery address. We have no access to your credit card details.
